 Californians for Clean Alternative Energy needed a their committee website deployed in a week. They needed a constituent management system as well as the ability to accept online donations. Within a week, this site was built and deployed with all the requested features.

 Prosthetics Designer
The requirements for The Doctor were strict: build a realistic human body for William Hurt to perform surgery on. The heart had to beat, the skin had to bleed, and lungs had to breathe. I cast both the heart and lungs in a custom blended, flexible polyurethane. In order to recreate the beating motion of the heart I designed a piston pump that operated on compressed air. The pump could be adjusted by both the air pressure and volume to recreate a nearly infinite variation of heart rate and beating intensity. The lung operated on a similar principle, just a larger piston to move a larger volume of air. The results were quite satisfying, and approved by heart surgeon who was consulting on the set. |
